Delivery Policy

At PowerExt, we strive to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery process for all our products. Please review our delivery policy below:

  • Immediate subscription plan purchase/upgrade: You can upgrade your subscription plan from the dashboard; upon clicking upgrade button you will be redirected to a payment page. If you choose to proceed, the upgraded plan will be available within 5 minutes upon payment.
  • E-mail delivery confirmation: You should receive an email from us with the invoice upon purchase and further instruction if necessary. E-mailed invoices are considered official record of purchases.
  • Payment failure or other issues: If, for any reason, the subscription plan upgrade does not reflect in your account within 10 minutes of purchase/upgrade reach out to us at: [email protected].

Refund Policy

At PowerExt, we strive to provide exceptional products and services. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. Please review our refund policy below:

  • No refund unless subscription is not delivered upon purchase/upgrade: We do not offer any refunds for any completed purchase of our services that has been delivered as promised.
  • The payment is successful, but, the subscription plan remains unchanged: If for any reason, the delivery of your subscription plan fails but, you are charged you can contact us at [email protected] to issue a refund.
  • Exceptions: Partial refund may be applicable in cases such as technical glitches preventing you to access our products caused by our system. But, these claims will be evaluated individually.
